Video Viral: Congress Minister asks farmer to stay quiet on loan waiver question


The Congress party majorly planks on farm loan waiver agenda not only in this Lok Sabha election but also from assembly elections in December. It can be said that farm loan waiver within 10 days vow played a crucial role in Congress’ win in Hindi heartland. But the promise remained unfulfilled.

Recently, a minister form CM Gehlot’s cabinet has been questioned about false loan waiver promise by a farmer in Karauli district and here’s what he got in the answer-

News channel Times Now showed the video which is said to be of 15 April.

In this shocking incident, Rajasthan food and civil supplies minister Ramesh Meena allegedly threatened a farmer to stay quiet after he questioned the loan waiver scheme by the Ashok Gehlot government in the state. Minister  Ramesh Meena can be seen grabbing farmers hand and dragged closer.

The incident was captured on camera, and the video went viral on social media. The incident is said to have taken place on April 15 when state minister Meena had gone to attend the rally of Congress candidate Sanjay Jatav at Karauli district.
