The innocent and childish Congress Vice-president, Rahul Gandhi became a laughing stock on Twitter after BJP’s Smriti Irani reflected the truth behind RaGa’s tweet.

Gandhi accused the Modi-led BJP government of “oppressing poor” and “strangulate reality”, striking a similarity between Adolf Hitler and PM Modi.

Hitler once wrote: Keep a firm grasp on reality, so you can strangle it at any time This is what is happening today-strangulation of reality” Gandhi tweeted.

“The emperor is completely naked but nobody around him has the courage to tell him,” he added.

Gandhi accused PM Modi of attempting to “paint a lie” over India.

“BJP wants to paint a lie over India so that they can return it to an age of kings and no questions, where people were humiliated by power,” Rahul Gandhi said.

The baleful tweets of Rahul Gandhi were countered by Smriti Irani, BJP Union textile minister and I&B (Additional Charge). She slammed Rahul’s tweet by informing him that he is late at complaining about this. Irani pointed put the Emergency period in the reign of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.

Smriti tweeted: “You (Rahul Gandhi) are 42 years late on this one. No prizes for guessing who was inspired by Hitler, imposed the emergency and trampled over democracy,” Irani said in an overt dig at former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi’s declaration of Emergency in 1975.”

“A bleak future awaits the Congress Party, not our Nation!” she said in a tweet late on Friday night.

However, thank you @officeofRG for all that you do. Sincerely from the BJP!”

This isnt the first time Irani has quipped Gandhi on social media. Twitteratis were elated last week when he called Rahul Gandhi “an immature mind who does not know the history of his own family”.

Congress VP doesnt fail to tickle down the funnybones of the Twitteratis and fellow politicians alike. A speech rehearsal clubbed with a revised tweet could possibly save Gandhi from further humiliation.
