Kapil Meena, a brilliant kid who hails from Palsiya, Kherwara became a mind changer about personal hygiene for one and all. Kapil drew a beautiful message filled painting which also became an award winner. His visual revolves around keeping surrounding clean and hygienic through societal cooperation and resilience.

Kapil, who is currently a 5th class grader in Upper Primary School at Kherwara has become the talk of the town with his brilliant aesthetic and analytical skills. Born to Hajarilala Meena on January 12, 2009, Kapil is a benison not only for his family but also his small town Palsiya. This Udaipur lad has made the lake city residents proud by painting a National award winning painting. He has also given inspiration to all other students. Not only this, his painting has instigated and induced self-driven action to ensure cleanliness across the village and the society. His painting has been taken note by PM Modi and Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje.
