Jaipur city will now have smart restrooms for women as the part of government’s Smart City mission. The most special feature in these restrooms is that women can feed their children in here. Apart from this, the toilets and the ATM facility will also be available.

These smart toilets will be made under Phase II of the Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure Development Project (RUIDP). The government has sanctioned Rs 50 Crores for this development.

Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC) will construct 10 smart toilets in different areas of the city. The work of constructing smart toilets has been started at three different places already.
