Rajasthan’s Kota creates Guinness World Records on 4th International Yoga Day with Baba Ramdev and Vasundhara Raje

    On the occasion of 4th International Yoga Day, coaching hub of Rajasthan i.e. Kota created a new record under the leadership of Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev. In the city, Guinness World Records has been created as a massive gathering of people performed yoga at one place at the same time.     Last year, India had created record as 55,000 people performed yoga at one place at the same time in Mysore on 3rd International Yoga Day. It was a great achievement for India. Know more about the record. Yoga Guinness world records

    The celebration of yoga day was held at RAC ground in Kota where more than 2 lac people performed yoga on June 21. The people were counted through set standard and drone cameras. The gathering was lead by Rajasthan chief minister Vasundhara Raje and yoga guru Baba Ramdev. Yoga guru was accompanied by his disciple by Balkrishna.

    A team of Guinness World Records from London reached Kota to observe the event. The people gathered at the ground early in the morning. At the time of creating world record for yoga, approximately 105000 people are recorded officially who entered the ground. Later on, more than two lacs people were recorded who came to perform yoga today.

    The time set for world record was of half an hour between 6:30 to 7 am. The team of Guinness World Records noticed time from 6:30am. After successful creation of record, executives of Guinness Team from London presented the certificate to Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev and Balkrishna in presence of CM Vasundhara Raje. Yoga Guinness world records

    Baba Ramdev to Media Yoga Guinness world records

    While addressing the media, the yoga guru said that a certificate is issued to them for one record and more than 100 records were recorded today in different sections based on surya namaskar, push-ups, etc. It is a proud moment for the nation.

    The celebration of International Yoga Day was begun on 21 June, 2015. Today, PM Modi, union ministers, celebrities, commoners and government officials etc celebrated this day across India.
