Arjun lal belongs to Nayavas village of Shahpur Tehsil, where his father is a shop owner. Their family runs on the earnings of that small shop. There are 5 members in his family and because of insufficient income, they were in great distress. Their lives were dependant on the daily labour.
After completing his 12th standard, Arjun lal took admission into nursing course. In the year 2012, after passing the nursing course, he started searching for job so that he can be a help to his family. But, the only thing he could draw was disappointment. Even after 2 years of completing his nursing course, he could not find any job. Wherever he went to seek the appointment, he was asked to pay the donation. After getting disappointment from all places, he enrolled himself for IT Help Desk Attendant. He was given appropriate advice here. Along with his studies, his skills were improved and was proper training for interview.
After the completion of his course, he was enrolled for Maxwell Hospital at monthly pay of Rs. 8000 per month. After working there for 5 months, he got selected for Apollo Hospital, New Delhi. He was offered the pay of Rs. 21,000 per month and his family is completely happy with it. With his diligence and the guidance of Omnisoft, he continued with his studies. Resultantly, he has fair deal of success in his account now. Arjunlal is highly thankful and grateful towards RSLDC (Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Scheme) and Omnisoft for giving him new hopes and changing his complete way of life.
Rajasthan skill and Livelihood Development has touched innumerable lives just like Arjun’s. State government is understanding the core needs of employment in the state. The programme is beneficial to not only young graduates and teens but is equally helpful to middle age and young women who needs to support their families. The programme is not less than a boon for the underprivileged section of the state.
