Amit Shah also flagged off Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje’s 58-day ‘Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra’ on Saturday. The yatra is aimed at reaching out to the last person in the line.

The yatra started from the Rajsamand district at the Charbhujanath temple, where the chief minister offered prayers before getting on the tour bus.

What question does BJP President Shah have for Congress President Rahul Gandhi

President Shah rightly slammed Congress President Rahul Gandhi for having a vote bank and not caring about what’s right for the country. “The Congress president should tell the people whether illegal Bangladeshis should be in India or not. The Congress is only eyeing at a vote bank in this matter. However, the Modi government does not operate on the basis of vote bank,” Shah said.

The Modi government wants to give statutory status to the OBC Commission. They have prepared a bill which will give the statutory status to the National Commission for Backward Classes was passed by Lok Sabha on Thursday. “When Rahul baba arrives in Rajasthan, ask him whether he and Congress will support the bill in Rajya Sabha,” he said.

“The Raje government has spread its wings in all directions and carried out developmental works. There has been a slew of schemes which are operating across the state to benefit one and all, said Shah.

“Five years back, I started out with Suraj Sankalp Yatra and Parivartan Yatra in 2003 from here and the result was a thumping mandate. We worked hard, I conducted visits, toured across the state to understand what people want and then provided them with that,” Raje said. Congress CM Candidate
