Raje government made arrangements for bringing 1.12 lakh saplings to India. Young olive saplings were planted over 182 hectares of land. Seven agri-climatic zones- Bassi, Barore, Bakalia, Bsabasina, Lunkaransar, Santhu and Tinkirudi were selected for mass olive plantation. After nine years of harnessing Israeli olives, the state became ready to leverage the goodness of olives.
