In this meeting, there were discussions over organizational structure of Rajasthan. As per the sources, it was also decided that Amit Shah would play an important role in formulating BJP campaign for returning to power in the state. To National General Secretary Bhupendra Yadav, the co-organization minister V Satish and Rajasthan’s Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Arun Chaturvedi and Rajasthan BJP president Madan Lal Saini, Shah proposed to allocate the responsibility of election campaign management. Vasundhara’s Suraaj Yatra
In the meeting, it was also decided that Vasundhara Raje would start Suraaj Gaurav Yatra (Good Governance Journey) in the entire state covering all 200 assembly constituencies. This yatra would be joined by BJP President Amit Shah. As per the sources, Prime Minister Narendra Modi could be part of it. Rajasthan Assembly Elections 2018
To make this yatra successful, Arun Chaturvedi would be given responsibility. The dates for the yatra had not been finalized yet. Vasundhara’s Suraj Yatra would be attended by almost about half a dozen Central Ministers. Along with Arun Chaturvedi, the state organization minister Chandrasekhar had been assigned responsibility for yatra.
