Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Monday asked the RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat to declare the organization formally a political party.

Claiming that the institutions in the country were under pressure and were controlled by RSS, Ashok Gehlot said, “Mohan Bhagwat has tasted the taste of the power and enjoyed it. He should formally declare RSS a political party and Then the agenda should be run. ”

Ashok Gehlot said, “The RSS has entered into decision-making bodies and has fixed most of the appointments, it is to decide who will be the chief minister, the minister or the vice president.”

The Chief Minister of Rajasthan said that RSS will have to remove its mask of being a cultural organization. He said, “Congress will not have any objection because then RSS will be competing for votes like any other political party,” he said.

Earlier, Ashok Gehlot had attacked the RSS as well when he accused the environment of spoiling the country.

Gehlot said, “Modi is constantly targeting me and it has happened not only in Rajasthan but also in other places.”

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot also accused the Prime Minister Narendra Modi of ignoring the facts and intentionally targeted him for the gang rape of a Dalit woman in Alwar district.

Gehlot said, “The state government has already taken action in the matter, all the accused have been arrested. The SP was removed, the SHO suspended and we will take all steps (required),” Gehlot said.

“RSS people have been positioned in all government departments; there might be RSS People among you (media) too, nothing can move without their say , institutions are under RSS control.

RSS decides who will be CM or minister,” the CM said.
